I’d like Google to be more careful before making statements like:
“Words in a URL don’t matter.”
And then continuing:
“Hyphens are better as separators because they make word separation clearer.”
This creates a lot of confusion for folks trying to understand these statements, says Pedro Dias.
My first question as a newbie would be:
“So, if you don’t care about words in URLs, why do you care about making them clearer through separators?“
