“If a blog provides a link to a web page containing information that is not related to the topic of the blog, the quality rating of the blog will suffer.
The quality rating will suffer because the overall quality of the blog is lowered by containing links to websites that are off-topic or otherwise inappropriate, and this is reflected in the quality score assigned to the blog.”
